Valentines Cookery photos from 6/2/18

A great Valentines Cookery workshop yesterday held in the Kyle of Sutherland Hub. James, Head Chef from The Pier showed students how to save money by cooking a three course meal from fresh ingredients. On the menu was spiced sweet potato soup with coconut and home made pesto, surf and turf with roasted tomatoes, creamed spinach, sauteed potatoes and bernaise sauce, followed by chocolate fondant pudding with strawberries and chantilly cream. The total cost was £16.70 and each of our students had a taste of each course.
