Valentines Cookery 2nd February 2019 – class photos

We have had a great morning with our chef tutor James at the Valentines cookery workshop at Kyle of Sutherland Hub. James showed how to rustle up a menu fit for a queen or king from a budget of £20. On the menu was salmon scotch eggs with home made tartare sauce served with dressed rocket. Pan fried duck breast, with orange & honey sauce, parsnip purée and potatoes, and vanilla panna cotta with strawberries. Everyone enjoyed their morning and took away recipes, lots of great money and energy saving tips and full of
enthusiasm to cook their valentine a home made meal from fresh ingredients.
