Beginners Cookery – Wednesday 10 January – Wednesday 14th February from 1.30 – 3.30 pm at Burghfield House in Dornoch
This free 6 week class will teach you the basics in home cooking using fresh ingredients. You will learn knife skills, how to make soup stocks, sauces, main courses, simple desserts, batch cooking and freezing and how to make the most of leftovers. Led by Karen, you will go home with lots of great recipes and cookery tips to save you money whilst making some great meals using fresh ingredients. You will be provided with an ingredients list to bring along each week by the tutor.
