Lairg & District Learning Centre are recruiting for a Manager

Are you a dynamic person with a passion for community learning and development?

You will be responsible for managing the independent and charitable Lairg & District Learning Centre, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the organisation and centre, strategic planning, managing the business plan, complex report writing and sourcing new business partners. Priorities include delivering education & learning for local communities, building on our digital learning opportunities, securing funds and diversifying income sources, line-managing staff, overseeing the delivery of projects and making sure the charitable aims and statutory requirements are fulfilled.

This role is based at Lairg & District Learning Centre
30 hours per week at a pro-rata salary of £32,323.20 – £35,380.80 per annum (based on a 35 hour work week) plus pension contribution and generous holiday allowance
